    RFQ submission terms

    RFQ submissions to info@torqbolt.com are governed by these terms. Quotations issued by TorqBolt are valid for 30 calendar days from issuance unless otherwise stated. Lead time estimates are based on stock alloy availability at quote date and may shift if raw bar stock at the alloy producer slips. Critical-service orders requiring MTC 3.2 third-party witness inspection add 1-2 weeks for witness scheduling.

    Material substitution: TorqBolt may propose an equivalent alloy if the buyer's specified alloy is in shortage at the producer (for example proposing MP35N in lieu of Custom 465 H1025 for the 220+ ksi tensile range). Substitutions require written buyer approval before production starts. Returns and warranty: defects in workmanship are covered for 12 months from delivery. Use-application defects (over-torque, lubricant mismatch, incompatible material at the joint) are not warranty events.
